We (Central Plains Security) have built a new business producing approximately $100,000 per year residual income in 5 years.

Central Plains Security had a market value of between 300-400k after the first 5 years.

With a start date of 08-01-2013 and an end date of 08-01-2018 we were able to build our business up to $100,000 per year residual income. It is obvious to me, but needs to be mentioned, that the number was not exactly $100,000 nor exactly 5 years. So, I am allowing for plus or minus $5000 per year and plus or minus a few months. I am certain that results will vary but I am confident others can follow this approximate timeline. Also worth noting, our business is still going strong and has been growing since the end date mentioned only for time frame required.

The market value of an alarm system company is determined by the number of active customers and then multiplied by the gross amount of money generated monthly. The variables are based on average customer retention (we are over 90% retention) and how solid the customer contracts are. We believe we would have been, and are still, able to sell for the maximum multiplier of around 30 Months. Even when considering the lower end, a 25 month multiplier, our numbers are legitimate.

I (Shawn Hutchinson) do not have any case studies other than Central Plains Security with this course. So far, I am 100% at achieving these numbers as we are the only ones that have followed this course at this time. I will not guarantee anyone success, these accomplishments take hard work, attention to detail and a solid understanding of business.

Kansas has very relaxed laws about starting and operating a security alarm company.
