      We (Satellite Pros & Central Plains Security) imply no guarantee that you can achieve the same level of success we have by purchasing and implementing this course. Our goal is to provide as much information as possible about how we achieved this level of success. Satellite Pros is the company offering this course. Satellite Pros is the parent company of Central Plains Security.

     By agreeing to these terms you waive any and all rights to legal action against above mentioned companies and or their principals. This includes any and all civil litigation. You, and only you, are responsible for your success.

     By law we have to give you 7 days to review the documents provided, at the current promotional price. If you take 7 days to review the disclosures and financials we will honor the current promotional price for the course. If you choose to purchase the course without taking the 7 days then you are waiving your legal right to do so.

     The rates we have negotiated with the distributors and monitoring station are only available to you if you make certain they (the distributors and monitoring station) understand upon your signing up with them, that you need to be coded under the Satellite Pros dealer group. We will provide you with the direct contact information to ensure this happens.

     The business names Central Plains Security aka (CPS) and Satellite Pros are our registered business names and are not available for you to use. The rest of the information in the course ie flyers and logos may be used but only with your registered business name on them, not ours. Our business names must be removed in every instance. Failure to do so will give us the right to pursue legal action against you and your companies.

          We are only offering this course in certain states due to strict licensing requirements and to prevent competition in our home state. We may open up to these states at a later date. If you are in one of the following states you will not be able to get the negotiated rates or be able to use our contacts at the monitoring station.
